My Story

My journey has been shaped by a lifelong interest in yoga, Indian classical music and the traditional understanding of sound. Through my studies in yoga and my experience as a classical musician, I developed a deep interest in Nada Yoga, the ancient practice that explores the relationship between sound, consciousness and inner awareness. This journey inspired me to establish Nada Yoga Trust in Rishikesh in 2008, with the intention of sharing traditional yogic knowledge and the practice of Nada Yoga with students from around the world. Over the years, my work has grown to include yoga education, sound healing, mantra chanting, kirtan, Indian classical music and the study of traditional instruments. I particularly enjoy introducing students to the practical aspects of sound, helping them understand instruments, explore their voices and develop their own approach to sound-based practices. Today, I continue to teach and mentor students at Nada Yoga School, sharing the knowledge and traditions that have shaped my journey.
