About the practice
I offer non-clinical integration coaching for people who want help making sense of an intense retreat or ceremony and bringing useful parts of it into ordinary life. We slow the story down, identify what needs attention, and choose small actions that can be reviewed rather than making sweeping decisions. This service is not psychotherapy or crisis support. I refer clients to licensed clinical care when their needs fall outside coaching.
